Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Sellux Pro Private Limited ("Sellux Pro") for use of AdSuite Pro and this website. By creating an account, connecting Amazon, or using AdSuite Pro you agree to them.

1. The service

AdSuite Pro is software that reads data from the Amazon accounts you authorize and helps you manage your own advertising, profit insights and listing quality. It is a managed service: we host and maintain a separate, private AdSuite Pro environment for you.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be a business or an adult acting for a business, with the right to authorize the Amazon accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for your team's use, for keeping sign-in details safe, and for the accuracy of the information you enter (such as product costs).

3. Connecting Amazon

• You authorize us through Amazon's own consent screens. You can withdraw authorization at any time in AdSuite Pro or in Amazon Seller Central.
• Amazon requires you to reauthorize roughly once a year. If you do not, AdSuite Pro stops syncing until you reconnect.
• You must follow Amazon's agreements and policies for your seller and advertising accounts. AdSuite Pro is not a service of Amazon.

4. Plans, payment and refunds

• Plans are bought for a month, a quarter or a year, as shown on the Pricing page. Payments are made online through Razorpay and you receive a GST tax invoice.
• If your plan ends or a payment is refunded, your account moves to the lowest plan after a short grace period ( 3 days). Automatic changes to Amazon may stop while your plan is not active.
• Refunds: 7 days

5. Automated changes

• Rules you create can change bids, budgets, campaign status and negatives in your Amazon Ads account. In manual mode changes wait for your approval. In automatic mode (Autopilot plan) changes are applied without asking.
• You choose and are responsible for your rules, limits and approvals. Review results regularly.
• AI features are advice only. They can be wrong. They never act on their own.
• Advertising results depend on Amazon, competitors and the market. We do not guarantee any sales, profit or cost reduction.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer or resell it (unless we agree in writing), overload it, or use it against Amazon's policies.

7. Your data

You own your data. You allow us to process it only to provide AdSuite Pro, as described in our Privacy policy. We own the software and its design.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep AdSuite Pro available but cannot promise uninterrupted service; Amazon's own services can change or fail. Support: Support page.

9. Disclaimers and limits

AdSuite Pro is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your plan in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the agreement

You may stop using AdSuite Pro anytime and disconnect Amazon. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breach of these terms. On ending, we delete your data as described in the Privacy policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell account owners of material changes by email. Continuing to use AdSuite Pro after the change means you accept it.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
