Last updated: 20 October 2026This policy explains how Sellux Pro Private Limited ("Sellux Pro", "we", "us") handles information when you visit this website or use AdSuite Pro. It also applies to our connection to your Amazon accounts. Our contact details are at the bottom of every page.
1. Who is responsible

2. Information we collect
You give us
- Account details: name, email address, phone number, company or brand name, and the team members you invite.
- Information you enter in AdSuite Pro: product costs, rules, settings, drafts.
- Messages you send to support.
From Amazon, only after you authorize
- Seller data through Amazon's Selling Partner API: listings, prices, inventory, orders (without buyer personal information), fees and transactions, returns, and brand search-term data.
- Advertising data through the Amazon Ads API: campaigns, targets, budgets, performance and spend.
- The access keys Amazon gives us for your accounts.
Collected automatically
- Sign-in and activity records (what was changed, by whom, and when), including IP address and device information for security.
- Essential cookies that keep you signed in.
What we do not collect
We do not collect Amazon passwords, buyer names, buyer addresses, buyer email addresses or buyer phone numbers. We do not store payment card details; payments are handled by Razorpay.
3. How we use information
- To provide AdSuite Pro to you: dashboards, reports, insights and the rules you configure.
- To make changes in your Amazon accounts that you approve or have set to run automatically.
- To secure accounts, prevent misuse and keep an audit trail.
- To provide support, send service messages (for example reconnection reminders and invoices), and meet legal obligations.
We do not use Amazon data for any purpose other than providing AdSuite Pro to the seller who authorized it. We do not sell data. We do not use one seller's data to benchmark, advertise to or inform another seller.
4. Legal basis
We process your information with your consent (for example, when you authorize Amazon access), to perform our contract with you, and to meet legal obligations, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law.
5. Who we share information with
Only service providers who help us run AdSuite Pro, under agreements that limit their use:

We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
6. How long we keep information
- Amazon data and your settings: while your account is connected and active.
- After you disconnect, cancel or ask for deletion: removed within 30 days, and from backups within 35 days.
- Activity log: 12 months, then deleted.
- Invoices and tax records: for the period the law requires.
7. Security
We protect information with isolated environments per seller, encryption in transit, access controls, two-step sign-in and monitoring. Details are on our Data protection and security page. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and will notify you of any breach affecting you.
8. Your choices and rights
- Disconnect Amazon access anytime: in AdSuite Pro, or in Seller Central under Apps and Services, Manage Your Apps, Disable authorization.
- Access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw consent, by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
- Complain to our grievance officer, and to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.
9. International transfers
Our providers may process data inside India. We require them to protect it to the standard described here.
10. Children
AdSuite Pro is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
11. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell account owners by email and update the date above.
